Basis of the Magic Success Coaching in 3 steps (simplified):

1.) Get aware of your own needs and desires (What is it I really want?)

2.) Define the direction, where you/your company should go (effective: Do the right things)

3.) Achieve your dreams faster, better, easier (efficient: Doing things right, strategies)

All of this is associated both for individuals and for corporations. (we just use a personified language and the human being is also used as a metaphor for companies)

What does it mean?

Ad 1.) Get aware of your own needs and desires

Most people and entrepreneurs don´t know what they really want. Mostly people can be calssified by one of these categories:

Many: Believe to know, what they want - but they don't know, what they really want

Several: Do not know, what they want

Few: Know, what they really want

All of us are affected by our environment. Out parents influenced us, commercials reach our subconsciousness, fellow men are manipulating us (conscious or unconscious, meant well - or not) etc.

Thus, our view of the world is influenced from very different areas like parents, brothers and sisters, friends, teacher, idols, politician, sales people, business partners and advertising messages. This can blur the sight into our own needs, wishes, desires and dreams. This blurred view allows us that we absorb the wishes of others and think they are our own ones.

However, what is the difference between what we really want and what we think we want? Do you know the difference within you or your company?

Ad 2.) Define the direction, where you/your company should go (effective: Do the right things)

Only after we know what we really want, it makes sense to define the direction to go.

We can go the way so successful, fast and efficient into one direction; but what if it is the wrong way?

Imagine yourself in the middle of a crossway. There are four streets, 1 km in each direction: Front, back, right, left. Imagine, there is a house 1 km in the front of you. If you want to go to the house, it does not matter how fast you go left, right or back. Don´t you think there is a better way to reach the house instead of going right, left or back?

Before we go a way successfully, efficiently and fast, it is important to define the correct direction (i. e. to set the right goals etc.).

Ad 3.) Achieving dreams and goals faster, better, easier (efficient: Doing things right, strategies)

After we know in which direction we want to go and what we want to achieve, it´s time to go this way.

The third step is about how to go the way. How can we go this way faster, better and more efficient?

Which strategies are there to achieve our goals faster, better and more efficient?

We use the strategies, wisdom and experience of successful people, experts, masters and eldest. We use the force of synergy and emergence of approved, newest knowledge and ancient wisdom from lost knowledge and wisdom kept as secret for ages.

How can we go forward faster and better? What is it, that keeps us from following our own way? Which obstacles are (yet) in our own way and how to handle it? How do we manage (apparently unsolvable) problems? What do we need to know and where do we get it? What do we need to let go? How do we constrain ourselfes? How do others constrain us? How can we manage this? Where do we get the necessary energy and motivation?

To achieve the apparently impossible - this is Magic Success.

There is much more possible than most people believe it would be. It´s not because people are dumb, but it´s because they just don´t know how.

If you don´t see a way (opportunity), it doesn´t mean it is impossible.

With the right knowledge, the apparently impossible can be true.
