The Magic Success Coach Marcel Marvel (alias DI Marcel Fleisch) is the expert of life and success for individuals and corporations.

As magician, trainer and coach, he helps corporations and people to live their true dreams.

His mission is to help people wake their inner magician, so they can form their private and work life according to their true dreams and true desire.

He meets people where they are, and leads them to where they can live their true dreams: "faster - better - easier - with Magic Success Coaching and Training".

After successfully finishing his education at the Commercial Academy in Bregenz, Austria, he studied Computer Science at the Vienna University of Technology, and finished as certified degreed engineer with a Master´s Degree in Science.

He graduated as "Diplom Mental Trainer" and, after several years of governmental education, he graduated to become a registered mediator at the Government's Department of Justice in Austria.

Marcel Marvel had always been interestd in magic, and, right arount that same time, he became a professional magician, and achieved fame as "Marcel Marvel".

As a magician, he toured successfully in many countries all over the world and was loved to be seen in Las Vegas and Hollywood.

The last 16 years he studied all over the world the newest knowledge from science, practical psychology, commerce and the old wisdom of human being (so he got a lot of different educations and initiations) and learned i. e. from the Q´ero eldest, the successors of the Inca (including the initiation to the highest degree of a initiation system by them).

At the same time, he kept himself busy with modern research and science like quantum physics, neuropsychology, biofeedback etc. and discovered i. e. that most modern discoveries are already part of ancient wisdom.

Corresponding to his philosophy - "Learn the best from the best of the best" - he cut across the globe, looking for experts, masters and eldest of different cultures and knowledge to learn and experience from them.

On his "hero´s journey", he experienced long kept secrets, discovered apparently lost knowledge and made very unique experiences which sustainable shaped him in a very positive way.

By the use of his world wide collected know-how and the combination of "old" and "new" knowledge, there appeared incredible synergy effects which make his work both unique as well as "magic".

He linked the collected wisdom and collected experiences together, filtered the most important out of it and created by using synergy and emergence the international known "Magic Lifecoaching" system.

The next Generation of this System is the Magic Success Coaching.

The original system already established a good reputation and good degree of popularity. To accentuate the huge enhancements of the system into the next generation, and to exclude any possible association with the trademark Magic Life, a new name was born.

As Magic Success Coach he uniquely knows how to combine the learning content with magic experiments to marvelous entertainment and astonishment for the attendees of his workshops and seminars so that the learning experience stays long-lasting available for the attendees.

So many times he hears that something is not possible, just to watch into the astonished faces when they see nevertheless he enabled it. His comment about: "To achieve the apparently impossible - this is magic success".

Marcel Marvel (aka DI Marcel Fleisch) made amongst other things the Trainer- and Consultancy Certification at the UCSC (University of California in Santa Cruz) with Robert Dilts, Judith Delozier etc. He got affiliated by the Global Trainer & Consulting Community.

He is alumni of the worldwide unique Magic and Mystery School to which he is still strongly bond in particular with his friend, magician and stage director Jeff McBride the director of the Magic and Mystery School.
